"Extremely helpful and friendly. This is the best place for hot tubs. You can even try out the model to see what the jets would feel like, how big it is, how the seats feel etc. When buying chemicals and needing instructions to keep the tub clean and running well, they are the best. We LOVE our Hot Springs hot tub. They are so knowledgeable at Pool Patios and Spas."
